Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
1 ripe banana - frozen
1 cup of your preferred milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 fresh pitted dates
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
handful of ice

Directions
Blend everything together until smooth, then garnish with your favourite berries, nuts and seeds
