Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

Returns and refunds are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.

Products must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping is free of charge.

Refund, Replacement, or Exchange:

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, you can choose between a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.

Replacements and exchanges will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after the return is received and verified.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
