No Melt Shipping Guarantee
Worried about hot weather? We’ve got you covered with our No Melt Guarantee. Our team carefully monitors temperatures in Victoria and at your delivery location. When needed, we pack your order with ice packs and temperature-controlled packaging to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
For orders going to warmer climates, we use this special packaging and ship via Australia Express Post to minimize transit time. This service is complimentary with every purchase, because we take pride in making sure our chocolates reach you exactly as intended.
