Can I hand pick my favourite chocolates?
How long can I keep my chocolates and how should I store them?
All our chocolates are made to order with no preservatives, so we recommend that you consume your chocolates within the first three weeks after delivery to guarantee optimal taste. Your chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place where the temperature is between 18°-20°C. Avoid storing the chocolates in the refrigerator as this can spoil their delicate flavor or alter the creamy texture of their fillings.
Are your chocolates gluten-free?
Only four of our chocolates contain gluten, Hazelnut Feuilletine, Cookies and Cream, Passionfruit, and Gingerbread. If you are sending chocolates to someone with an intolerance to gluten, please make sure that you let us know in the 'Add a note to your order' during the check out.
I have a nut allergy. Do your chocolates contain nuts?
The environment in which our chocolates are made may leave traces of nuts in all of our products. Therefore, we would not recommend any of our recipes for a recipient with nut allergies.
Are your chocolates suitable for vegetarians?
Our chocolates are made with 100% pure, natural ingredients, no preservatives, no animal fat, and no fat other than butter and cocoa butter. We, therefore, consider our chocolates suitable for vegetarians with the one exception: Raspberry Mellow, that contains gelatin.
Are your chocolates suitable for vegans/lactose intolerant?
All our chocolates contain milk and/or cream, except a few that may contain traces of milk;
Choc-orange, 80% dark chocolate, Fruit and Nut (with dark chocolate) and Mayan Chilli.

Where do you deliver?
At this time we deliver to all of Australia. All orders over $80 have free delivery. Otherwise, a flat fee applies.
This cost has currently been increased due to the hot weather in Melbourne and the rest of Australia, please check our Shipping Policy for details.

Will my chocolates melt in shipping?
During January and most of February our delivery cost are increased to make sure that your chocolates arrive safe and delicious.
This increase in cost helps us provide express shipping on all orders to minimize time spent in transit and also temperature controlled packaging, as well as ice packs where needed.
Where is my order and when will it be delivered?
All of our chocolates are made by hand to order. Once you place the order we will prepare your chocolates and then arrange with you a delivery time. The whole process can take anywhere from 3 - 5 working days.
Will billing information be included with my purchase?
We understand that our chocolates may not always be intended for the person placing the order. To protect your privacy, we do not include billing information with your purchase. If you need a tax receipt, please contact us directly.
